Bach Flower Remedies
Each element of nature contains a unique vibrational signature. The Bach Flower System is a holistic modality based on the healing power that nature provides. Created in the 1930s by an English physician, Dr. Edward Bach, who pinpointed 38 remedies known as the Bach Flower Remedies (BFR), that can positively impact our health by restoring emotional balance in a safe, simple, and natural way. He believed that balancing one’s emotions was the key to good health. Bach Flower Remedies restore balance of the mind and body by gently addressing the emotional health of an individual, with the help of the vibrational energy of these wildflowers. This modality promotes self-healing by encouraging self-exploration, and fostering greater inner emotional connection and understanding within, all while taking an active role in their personal healing journey by working with the power of nature

A consultation with a Bach Flower Registered Practitioner (BFRP) will assist in identifying the emotions that are being presently felt surrounding a certain situation, and selecting a corresponding flower remedy, or combination of flower remedies, that will support the individual as they work through those emotional layers, contributing to a balanced, positive state of overall health and wellness. The role of the BFRP in this 60 minute consultation is to hold a safe, confidential space, actively listen to the client, foster clarity to help examine and identify the emotions present, and support the client by serving as an educator and guide in selecting what flower remedies may be most suitable for the individual. The client will leave the consultation having selected their choice of remedies and will know how to create their own personalized formulation. This will be used to support them over the course of 3-4 weeks, as the flower essences work on the emotional balance of the individual, promoting inner harmony and overall wellness
